Yes — typically with React Native so iOS and Android share one codebase. For very platform-specific needs I'll be upfront about whether native is a better fit.

Often, yes. I'll do an honest audit first and tell you whether to continue, refactor or rebuild — even if rebuild isn't the answer that gets me hired.
How do you price app work?
