What happens if I need to change scope after the price is agreed?
Any genuinely new requirement is quoted separately and agreed before it is built. The original fixed price never moves without your sign-off.
Is fixed-price more expensive than hourly?
Not usually. It removes the incentive, for either side, to let a project run long because the price is locked in either way.
