CRM & CMS systems

Internal tools that fit your team.

Custom CRMs, dashboards and content systems shaped around how you actually work — not the other way around.

All services

Ideal for

  • Teams outgrowing spreadsheets, Airtable or Notion
  • Operations that don't fit standard SaaS CRMs
  • Editorial teams who need a CMS built around their content
  • Internal tools that have become brittle and expensive to maintain

Off-the-shelf CRMs and admin panels look great in a demo and then quietly become the reason your team works around them. I build the opposite — tools that match your real process.

Whether it's a custom CRM for a sales team, an operations dashboard for fulfilment, or a content system for editors, I focus on the day-to-day workflow first and the tech second.

What you get

Custom CRM tailored to your pipeline, not someone else's

Internal dashboards for ops, finance, support or analytics

Headless CMS for content teams (Sanity, Payload, Contentful)

Role-based access, audit logs and proper permissions

Workflow automation to cut repetitive admin work

Integrations with the tools you already use — Stripe, HubSpot, Slack, etc.

How I work

A clear, honest process — no surprises, no jargon, just steady progress you can see.

01

Map

I sit with the team that will actually use the tool. Real workflows, real pain points — not assumptions.

02

Design

Wireframes for every key screen. We agree what's in v1 and what waits, so scope doesn't quietly balloon.

03

Build

Iterative releases your team can try in real conditions. Feedback loops measured in days, not months.

04

Adopt

Training, documentation and a transition plan so the new tool actually replaces the old one.

FAQ

Why not just use HubSpot or Salesforce?

If a standard CRM truly fits, I'll say so. Custom is the right call when your process is genuinely different, or when off-the-shelf is creating more work than it saves.

Can it integrate with our existing tools?

Yes — most projects connect to Stripe, accounting systems, email platforms, Slack and similar. I'll only recommend custom where it adds real value.

Who owns the code and data?

You do, completely. The system runs on your accounts, on your infrastructure, with full export of data at any time.

Do you support it after launch?

Yes — usually on a monthly retainer that covers fixes, small improvements and new features as your team's needs change.
